Meet the Grantees
For the past three years the Center for the Study of Social Policy (CSSP), with the support of The Annie E. Casey Foundation has worked to draw much-needed attention to the unmet needs of expectant and parenting youth in the foster care system and their young children. Through examining the research, speaking with national and local experts and working directly with jurisdictions, we have identified a range of policy and practice proposals needed to improve outcomes for these young families.
To test and implement these approaches, CSSP has selected the New York City Administration for Children’s Services and the Child Protective Services division of Sacramento County California Department of Health and Human Services.
