April 2017 Strengthening Families Webinar
Apr 6 at 03:00 PM - Apr 6 at 04:00 PM
The Center for the Study of Social Policy (CSSP) and the National Alliance of Children's Trust and Prevention Funds invite leaders of state and local Strengthening Families initiatives to join us to network, share learning and stay aware of recent developments in the field.
In April, we will kick off Child Abuse Prevention Month by learning about Washington State Corrections’ Parenting Alternative program, including previewing a new short film, "An Unlikely Partnership" which shows how Corrections and the Department of Early Learning work together to focus on the protective factors of parents eligible for alternative sentencing. We'll also hear updates from CSSP and the Alliance about ongoing work and opportunities.
Our networking webinars are held the second Thursday of every month (moved to the first Thursday of the month for April 2017). Calls are 60 minutes in length and begin at 9 AM (HI) / 11 AM (AK) / 12 Noon (PDT) / 1 PM (MDT) / 2 PM (CDT) / 3 PM (EDT). For our colleagues in Guam, this is 6 AM Friday.
